Current turnaround times are 3-4 weeks from purchase. If you require an item to arrive earlier please get in touch prior to ordering to review options.

All packages are shipped by default using Royal Mail 2nd Class with a flat rate of £3.50 charge to cover postage & packaging, inclusive if you order multiple items (e.g. if you purchase 3 jumpers, the postage & packaging cost remains £3.50.)

Refunds & exchanges

Please carefully review your order before completion as all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, due to the nature of our products and hygiene reasons.

Damaged or faulty goods

If your item is faulty or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will be happy to review options to rectify your concerns.
